What counts as a "content edit"?
Text changes, image swaps, adding or removing a section using your existing design system, and small bug fixes. New page designs or structural changes fall outside a content edit and are scoped separately.
What if I need more hours than my plan includes in a month?
Extra work is billed at the studio's standard hourly rate for that month, or you can move up a tier — either works, no penalty either way.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — Care Plans are billed monthly with no minimum term. See the Refund Policy for exactly how billing and cancellation timing works.
Do you work on sites you didn't originally design?
Yes — a Care Plan works on any live site once we've done a short onboarding review to understand what we're maintaining.
