PRICING & PACKAGES
Are the prices shown final?
Yes — every “from €X” price is a real starting price for that package, shown excl. VAT. If your project needs something outside a package's standard scope, we scope the difference together before you pay for anything extra.
Do prices include VAT?
No — prices are shown excl. 19% German VAT; VAT is added at checkout and itemised on your invoice.
Can I combine services or get a bundle discount?
There's no formal bundle pricing at launch — order each service separately, or book a call if you're ordering several at once and want them scoped together.
What happens if my project needs more than the package includes?
We flag it as soon as we see it, scope the difference, and confirm the price before doing any extra work — never charged silently after the fact.
PROCESS & TIMELINE
How long does a typical project take?
Between 1 and 10 weeks depending on the service and tier — see each service page for its specific range.
What do you need from me to start?
A confirmed package and any existing brand material or content you have. Full detail is in the Scope step of /process.
How many revision rounds are included?
It varies by tier — every package page states its exact number, typically 2 to 4 rounds.
Do I see progress before the final delivery?
Yes — each package includes staged concepts and checkpoints, not one final reveal at the end.
WORKING TOGETHER
Who will actually work on my project?
The studio — directly, with no account-manager layer between you and the person designing your project.
Do you work with clients outside Germany?
Yes — the site and process are built in English specifically to work well for clients across Germany and beyond.
What if I'm not happy with the direction?
That's what revision rounds are for — one consolidated round of feedback per round, checked against the original brief.
Can I request changes after the project is delivered?
Small changes fit a Website Care Plan; larger changes are scoped as a new project.
LEGAL & PAYMENT
How does payment work?
Packages are purchased through the site's cart and checkout; see the Terms of Service for full payment terms.
What's your cancellation/reschedule policy?
Free reschedule or cancellation of a scoping call up to 24 hours before it's booked; see the Refund Policy for kickoff and deposit-stage terms once a project is underway.
Is my data handled securely?
Yes — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what's collected and how it's used. The client-side contact form on this site doesn't transmit data anywhere until you contact us directly — that's covered there too.
Do you issue an invoice with VAT?
Yes — every order generates an invoice showing the net price, 19% VAT, and total, per German requirements.
