What's not included in a package?
Anything outside that tier's stated scope — extra pages beyond the limit, a full copywriting engagement, platform/gateway configuration, and so on. Every service page lists exactly what's not included alongside what is.
Can I change tiers after I've started?
Yes — moving up a tier mid-project is a scope and price adjustment, not a restart. Moving down isn't usually possible once design work is underway, since the lower tier's smaller scope has already been exceeded.
Do the prices shown include VAT?
No — every price on this site is shown excl. 19% German VAT, added at checkout and itemised separately on your invoice.
What if my project doesn't fit neatly into one tier?
Book a call. Most projects fit a standard tier, but where they don't, we scope and price the difference before you pay for anything.
