Yes — every “from €X” price is a real starting price for that package, shown excl. VAT. If your project needs something outside a package's standard scope, we scope the difference together before you pay for anything extra.
How long does a typical project take?
Between 1 and 10 weeks depending on the service and tier — see each service page for its specific range.
Who will actually work on my project?
The studio — directly, with no account-manager layer between you and the person designing your project.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free reschedule or cancellation of a scoping call up to 24 hours before it's booked; see the Refund Policy for kickoff and deposit-stage terms once a project is underway.
Do you work with clients outside Germany?
Yes — the site and process are built in English specifically to work well for clients across Germany and beyond.
