PROCESS

How a project actually runs.

Not 'free consultation, then a transparent quote' — the actual steps, staged and numbered, the same way we scope our own work.

THE PROCESS

Six steps, start to ongoing.

01

Scope

We confirm the package or tier, what's included, and the timeline — before any design work starts, and before you pay for anything.

02

Discover

A short brief covering your business, your audience, and any existing brand material, references, or content you already have.

03

Design

Real working concepts — homepage layouts, key screens, or identity directions — not mood boards or vague direction decks.

04

Revise

Your package's included revision rounds, checked against the original brief, not open-ended back-and-forth.

05

Ship

Final files, clean handover, and launch support where relevant.

06

Care (optional, ongoing)

A Website Care Plan keeps things current after ship — updates, checks, and small edits, month to month.

Revision rounds are counted per package.

See each service page or /pricing for the exact number.

Free reschedule, 24 hours out.

For any scoping call.

Structured feedback checkpoints.

You always know what stage a project is at and what's needed from you next.

QUESTIONS

Process, answered.

How do revisions actually work?

After each design stage, you send one consolidated round of feedback. We revise against that feedback and move to the next stage — that's one round. The number of rounds included depends on your package tier.

What do you need from me to start?

A confirmed package, any existing brand material (logo files, brand guidelines, photography), and — where relevant — draft content or copy. We'll ask for anything specific during the Scope step.

What if I'm slow to give feedback?

Timelines assume feedback within a few business days at each revision round; slower feedback extends the timeline proportionally — the price and scope don't change.
